The Clerk’s Office is currently experiencing intermittent phone issues throughout yesterday and today.  We are working with our vendor on a solution that will be in place this evening after 5 PM that should resolve the issues.  We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be back to normal operations on September 5th for normal business

Friday, August 30 starting at 5pm through Monday September 2 at 5pm, the county is performing network maintenance.  This will affect access to publicly available applications and systems.

Hernando County will be performing network maintenance on July 15th from 4-5pm.  During this time, there will be interruptions to our services and systems.

The Clericus Solution and associated services will be unavailable on Friday from 10am – 2pm for system maintenance. Our office has received an influx of calls reporting a jury scam. They are sending an official looking summons with the clerk seal, and they call you stating there is a “pre warrant” for you and to avoid being arrested you should pay a fine. Please do not fall victim to these scams always remember
