Public Records Requests
The Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller maintains a wide range of court records and other documents. Public records held by the Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller are available upon request for inspection or copying pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 119.07. Many of the records maintained by our office are available on our website at no cost.
