Jury service is essential to the functioning of our judicial system and to the operation of our entire system of government. Jury service is the duty of all qualified individuals because we all enjoy the privileges of citizenship and the protection of our liberty and property afforded by the judicial system. The Clerk & Comptroller’s Office thanks you for your jury service, and we hope your experience will be interesting and positive.

Reporting Instructions for the Week
Jurors summoned for the week of December 23, 2024
On Monday December 23, 2024, all juror numbers should report for jury service by 8:00 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: Juror shuttle service as indicated on the back of your summons envelope is currently unavailable. Should you require assistance getting into the building, please refer to the back of your summons section 7. Jurors are permitted entry into the government center starting at 7:30 AM should you wish to arrive early.

New Juror Optional Exemption – Effective July 1, 2024!
A woman who has given birth within the 6 months before the reporting date on a summons for jury service may be excused by providing the child’s immunization record, birth certificate, or a doctor’s note.
