The Hernando County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will host its annual Operation Green Light event from BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, May 13th thru May 17th. PLEASE NOTE:  You MUST show up in the time slot selected AND be at the correct location based on your selection from the online form.  In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at the number listed below.

This event helps those with suspended driver licenses get back on the road while saving money on select overdue court obligations. In most instances, those who pay their obligations in full, or sign up for a monthly payment plan will be able to have their driver license reinstated, all while saving money. To expedite the process, please have as much of your case information available before your appointment. If you need to search for case information, please do so by searching our Online Case Reporting System.

If you are unsure of the current status of your driver license, you can check by visiting the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website.

Courthouse Location: 20 N. Main St, Brooksville, FL 34601 (Room 165).

Spring Hill Location: 7405 Forest Oaks Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34606

You will be required to make a minimum payment of $25  plus your first monthly payment for each case. Your monthly payment will be decided at the time you fill out your paperwork.
