The Hernando County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Operation Green Light dates and time have been filled. Due to high demand, we will be open at the main courthouse located in Brooksville ONLY on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 9 AM to 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST complete the form below to allow staff to have your information prepared for that date and time.

This event helps those with suspended driver licenses get back on the road while saving money on select overdue court obligations. In most instances, those who pay their obligations in full, or sign up for a monthly payment plan will be able to have their driver license reinstated, all while saving money. To expedite the process, please have as much of your case information available before your appointment.
