The Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller will be closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (10/8 thru 10/10) to the public. This is to help get ready for Hurricane Milton as it heads our way.

If you need to file something with the courts, you can do so by creating a login to the Florida Courts ePortal. The link is as follows:
