The Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County has entered a Final Default Judgment granting a permanent injunction against Cleary Enterprise Holdings, LLC, Cleary Enterprise Holding, LLC, and Patricia Cleary in favor of Plaintiff Mirra Health Care, LLC (Case No. 2025-CA-1024).

The Court found the Defendants breached confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements tied to a consulting engagement, resulting in a permanent injunction barring further disclosure of Mirra’s confidential information, ordering removal of related social media/YouTube content, and requiring return or destruction of all confidential materials obtained during the engagement.
