Clerk's Responsibilities
The Clerk’s office does not guarantee the timeliness of the downloadable files being placed onto the website, due to unforeseeable circumstances cases may arise where the files take longer to be placed into the downloads area. We will make best efforts to get the files posted by 12:00 PM the first business day of the week for weekly files and by 12:00 PM daily for the daily files. The Clerk’s office shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from delays in file postings to the website.
Customer's Responsibilities
The customer will ensure that unauthorized users do not access the subscription website and that its use of the data provided will comply with all applicable state and federal laws. Failure to do so can result in immediate termination of the agreement and/or legal action.
Termination of Services
The Clerk may immediately terminate a customer’s access to data without prior notice if the customer fails to comply with the above-stated terms. The Clerk may immediately terminate access to files without notice in order to protect the contents of its data from unauthorized remote access, alteration, or if the security of the website has been breached.
