Clerk's Responsibilities
The Clerk’s office shall maintain updated files for subscribing users. However, we do not guarantee the timeliness of the downloadable files being placed onto the website, due to unforeseeable circumstances cases may arise where the files take longer to be placed into the downloads area. We will make best efforts to get the files posted by 12:00 PM the first business day of the week for weekly files and by 12:00 PM daily for the daily files. The Clerk’s office shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from delays in file postings to the website.
Customer's Responsibilities
The customer will ensure that unauthorized users do not access the subscription website and that the information gathered from the site is not made available for commercial resale or represented as the official government record. Failure to do so can result in immediate termination of the agreement and/or legal action.
Termination of Services
The Clerk may immediately terminate this agreement with no prior notice to the subscriber if the subscriber fails to comply with the terms of this agreement. The Clerk may immediately terminate this agreement without notice in order to protect the contents of its data from unauthorized remote access, alteration, or if the security of the website has been breached.
