Public Records Requests
The Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller maintains a wide range of court records and other documents. Public records held by the Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller are available upon request for inspection or copying pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 119.07.
Many of the records maintained by our office are available and accessible 24/7 on our website at no cost to you.
