Jury Postponement & Excusal
All requests for postponement or excusal must be received no less than FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS prior to your reporting date. Request received less than 5 working days will not be accepted
A representative from Jury Services will only contact you if your request is being denied.
If you are not contacted your request has been granted.
You must provide documentation/information with all excusals. Excusals without the proper documentation/information will not be accepted. Please see examples below.
