I have had a difficult situation dealing with my mom’s home (mom is 93) in Spring Hill and I live out of state. The last thing I wanted was it to go to foreclosure, would have preferred to sell it, so my mom could have had a little extra money for her medical expenses. Mom now lives with me. However, due to circumstances beyond my control it became an impossible situation to handle. Every time I have called to ask about events that take place (events that are seen in the public record) the staff has been so helpful to explain the process of the events that have posted to the record.
