General Information
The Delinquency Division of the Court Services Department is located withinthe Clerk of Courts office on the 1st floor of the Hernando County Courthouse
Judicial Center, 20 North Main Street in Brooksville. Office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Delinquency records are maintained as confidential under Florida Law.
No information may be released over the telephone. If you are the juvenile, parent, guardian, or attorney of record, you MUST present a picture I.D. to obtain information or view a juvenile case file.
