any civil action, suit or proceeding in the circuit court that is reopened.

The Circuit Civil Division's jurisdiction is for claims over $15,000.00. Types of cases handled by Circuit Civil are mortgage foreclosures, other real property, lien foreclosures, medical and professional malpractice, auto negligence, contract and indebtedness, personal injury, and eminent domain.
Due to the complexity of these types of cases, we recommend that you retain an attorney. The Deputy Clerk in the division cannot assist you.
